May / June 2010: Robert Burgess was an extraordinary artist and educator, who served as a member of the Bumpus Gallery Board of Directors for many years before his death in 2009.  He left a legacy of great art, a representative selection of which was included in his Bumpus Gallery retrospective exhibit.
