After decades of working as an arts reporter for the Boston Globe, Associate Director of Public Affairs at Harvard Medical School, and marketing consultant for local arts groups and businesses, Judith Montminy switched gears to pursue her longstanding interest in fine art photography.
While studying at Harvard, Griffin Museum of Photography and South Shore Art Center, she was accepted as a Juried Artist Member at National Association of Women Artists, Cambridge Art Association, Plymouth Guild Russell Gallery, and South Shore Art Center.
Providence Center for Photographic Arts featured her Enlightenment series in its inaugural invitational exhibit, Behind the Lens: Women in Photography. Additional photographs have been juried into international, national and regional competitions, including Prix de la Photographie Paris (Px3), International Monochrome Awards, Griffin Museum of Photography, Art Complex Museum, and “Best of Photography” published by Photographer’s Forum Magazine, to name a few.
In addition to her role as Communications Director for Helen Bumpus Gallery, Judith serves on Duxbury Camera Club's Steering Committee and South Shore Art Center's Exhibition Committee.

Joan Collins’ photography has been widely exhibited in both group and solo shows on the South Shore and beyond.
She is a Gallery Artist at the South Shore Art Center (SSAC) and the Cape Cod Art Association. She was honored with a solo exhibit, Cadence - the Surf and Bark of Kauai, at the Duxbury Art Complex Museum in 2022. She took first place honors at the Duxbury Art Association 2017 Winter Juried Show at the Duxbury Art Complex Museum and Best of Show at the Cape Cod Art Association National show in 2019. Among other credits is an Honorable Mention from the International Photography Awards for her body of work, Impressionist Waves. She also received the prestigious Conant Award from the Bumpus Gallery for “Best Show of 2015.”
In 2023 she was honored with a solo show at the Art Complex Museum in Duxbury.
Robert Montminy, a computer science educator for more than 30 years at the secondary school and college levels, has always found a way to incorporate the arts into his life – by directing award-winning productions with high school students, designing stage sets for local and regional theaters, installing exhibits at South Shore Art Center in Cohasset, and serving on Duxbury’s Cultural Council as both Treasurer and President.
Robert enjoys creating environmental sculptures on his property and recently began exploring digital photography.
Laura Carleton had a 24-year career in non-profit arts management as Development Director of South Shore Art Center (1991-1998) and South Shore Conservatory (1998-2014). She was a member of the Duxbury Art Association Board of Directors in the 1980s. Laura is a Volunteer at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston where she gives tours and works at the Visitor Information Center. She is an avid appreciator of the arts.
